At Pelyria Jewelry, we provide quality jewelry carefully chosen for style and elegance. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part, in which case we cover the return shipping.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you receive a defective item or we made an error, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 30 days to obtain authorization before returning the item.

The jewelry is returned in perfect condition.

All sales are final unless the above conditions are met.
