  3. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped, if available.

   Mexico: 6 to 10 business days

   France & Belgium: Standard 15,00 € EUR – Free from 100 € EUR

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order.

Customs Fees & International Taxes

For orders outside Canada, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. They are rarely applied for small packages like jewelry.

Free Shipping Thresholds

   Canada: Free for orders over 60 $ CAD

   USA: Free for orders over 80 $ USD

   France & Belgium: Free for orders over 100 € EUR

The free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout when the minimum amount is reached.

Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part, in which case we cover the return shipping.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you receive a defective item or we made an error, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 30 days to obtain authorization before returning the item.

The jewelry is returned in perfect condition.

All sales are final unless the above conditions are met.
