  Return Policy – Pelyria Jewelry

  At Pelyria Jewelry, each piece is crafted with care, love, and attention. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

  We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days to obtain authorization

  • You cover return shipping costs

  • The jewelry is returned in perfect condition
